MBGN not to be held this year 2016

The current MBGN 2015 Unoaku Anyadike will serve for two years in her office.  This is because the  annual beauty pageant, Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, organised by the Silverbird Group, seems not to be held this year, 2016. A source close to the organization told LIB exclusively " that Silverbird decided to shelf this year's pageant to enable them concentrate on their 30th anniversary taking place next year. Another source claimed that the recession caused sponsors not to participate in this year's pageant."
